Saturday Six

I'm now making up my own stuff ... Go figure.

Here are six favorites from this week.

1. The weather is gorgeous.  I've enjoyed getting out and running.  Even bought some new shoes, that I hated and already returned. Lol.  This is one of my favorite places to pray ... and worship.  

2. My kids earned some parties this week.  That means I did some baking this week.  I love days when we can celebrate!!  Trying to make a difference with 180 is tough ... Some days I have to look for the difference in the ONE!  Some days I'm just trying for all of us to get out alive!

3. And they brought me some diet coke!!  Some days those kids are tough.  Nice for the reminder that they don't always hate me! :). Teaching high schoolers is a thankless job, for sure!

4. I've loved the sunrises and long days.  I love the creativity of our Creator God.  Draws my heart to His.

5. In honor of the start of spring break I grilled out burgers.  Summer's coming!!  Love having family dinners!!

6. I'm loving signs of spring and I am itching to get out and work in the yard and get ready for a garden.  But first, I have about 100 pages to write for national board certification.  Pray that I will get it done well and pass on the first try.  It will be a huge provision if that happens!
